When I’ve ordered and paid for my Personalised Teddy Bear, when will it be delivered?
All orders are processed and dispatched by Jersey Post. It usually takes 3 to 4 working days for your Personalised Teddy Bear to be delivered to a UK address.

Delivery delays
My Personalised Teddy Bear hasn’t arrived yet and I don’t want to miss the special occasion. Can you help?
All our Personalised Teddy Bears are dispatched by standard 1st Class Jersey Mail post from our Jersey Offices. Once the Jersey Mail has picked up the bear we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectify any delivery problems caused by Jersey Mail.
Please make sure you allow enough time for your Personalised Teddy Bear(s) to arrive.
Is VAT included in the cost of the Bears?
As we are based in Jersey Channel Islands and your order does not exceed £18.00. We don’t have to charge you VAT.
How do I change or cancel an order?
I’ve noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?
You can change (or cancel) your order providing your Personalised Teddy Bear hasn’t already been processed or dispatched.

How can I pay?
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect or Electron. We have also installed a system for PayPal customers.

I’m concerned about entering my credit card details on the Internet. Is there any other way to pay for my order?

All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed through a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. Will my payment and personal information be secure and confidential?
Security is an important priority for us and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are registered as required under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we will use the most up-to-date technology available to protect your personal details. Your credit card number is not stored in our system at any point in the payment process to avoid any risk of computer fraud. Please see our Privacy and Security Policy for further information.
Payment difficulties
I’m having problems processing my payment. Why is this?
If you receive an error message on screen after a short wait, try and enter your card details again, making sure you check everything correctly - it’s often easy to enter a wrong number or expiry date (please note that on the site the expiry date field appears before the start date field). If you still have no luck, give us a call or send us an email and we’ll check it out for you – see Contact Us.
If you are trying to order outside Customer Service hours, just keep your order in your shopping basket and contact us by email or phone when the Customer Service team is available.
“Card Not authorized” – If you receive this message, don’t panic! It doesn’t necessarily mean you have insufficient funds in your account. To combat internet fraud banks and credit card companies have introduced a series of automatic checks which can easily be falsely triggered, for example if you enter the same number in several times in quick succession this will trigger a velocity check because the system thinks you are trying to hack the card number. Either try another card or leave the bear in your shopping basket and come back to the site at least two hours later to process the transaction. If you encounter this problem during office hours then call us and we can process the transaction manually.

Technical difficulties
Help! I am experiencing technical difficulties. What shall I do?
If you receive an unexpected error message or something strange happens while you are using the site, please write down the following points and contact us. The more information you can give us, the quicker we will be able to identify the problem.
Where are you on the site?
What were you doing immediately before it happened?
Before going live, new functionality on the site is checked thoroughly with as many combinations of Internet Browser and Operating Systems as possible. However, there are thousands of combinations and sometimes bugs slip through the net. If this is the case, we will try to fix the error as quickly as possible. There are a few very old and rare browsers that we just can't support because they don't have enough functionality to allow the site to work. In these cases we recommend upgrading to a newer browser. It's easy and free and it will make it easier for your view all sites not just ours.
