As for the service it was A1 I had a problem on line so I rang up and then I was told someone when ring me back which they did within the hour and I have now had a curtsey email from you.

Just to let you know I received my bear yesterday. My daughter was absolutely delighted with it.
The packaging was excellent, and the gift card was just as I ordered (Nursery graduation cards are impossible to find in the shops so thank you!) All in all it made her day extra special so thanks again and best wishes.

I am contacting you regarding our order for a Maisy Bear in a Hoodie for our daughters 30th Birthday on September 13th. The order was placed and acknowledged on September 2nd to ensure early delivery.I just had to contact you to say how pleased and delighted we were on the bears arrival on Thursday 6th September.
We are absolutely delighted and so pleased that you managed to personalise the bear correctly due to the length of our daughters name!! Correctly spelt too.
Our only problem now is to keep the bear a secret until Claire's birthday because we can't wait to see her face when she opens it! We will certainly be telling all our friends where we purchased 'Maisy' from and keep you in mind for future special days.
