I would just like to say a huge thank you to yourself and Scott for your help over the past few days.

When I was asked very late on Friday afternoon to try and get hold of 80 personalised teddy bears to be delivered first thing Tuesday morning, I didn't think it was within the realms of possibility. Then I came across your website, and from the moment I spoke to you, your efficiency and determination to assist us during what is a busy time for you, is something I can't thank you enough for.

From the word go, you got a sample photo sent across to me with the name embroidered as well within 5 minutes flat. And then you made sure that you kept me well informed on your progress, emailing me on the Monday and then calling me early on Tuesday morning to make sure that they had arrived.

We have tried many companies in the past but have been unsuccessful as it is always difficult with last minute events such as this one. Your professionalism and determination to please your customers is something that a lot of other companies could learn from!

We had a call late friday afternoon from a company that are organising a special event tomorrow at one of the UK's leading hotels. They had been badly let down by a supplier and wanted 80 personalised teddy bear gifts delivered by 9am Tuesday morning. Scott our Blackpoll manager quickly sampled up one of our best selling Honey coloured teddy bears dressed in a Royal Blue jumper with the personalisation in gold metallic thread and emailed the teddy bear image to them. A delighted and relieved event company phoned back and placed the order and we have arranged for fedex to pick them up at 3pm today.
